From a technical job opening to 3 contract offers in 4 weeks

For N+P Group, this problem arose with two technical positions in Farmsum, a sparsely populated area of the Netherlands: Technical Service Employee and E&I Technician.

A challenging region. A tight technical labor market. And roles within an industrial environment that isn't appealing to everyone.

Nevertheless, the campaign yielded concrete candidates, interviews, and hires within 4 weeks.

The Challenge

N+P Group transforms waste streams into sustainable raw materials and alternative fuels. A company with a clear mission, but also a practical challenge: to grow, they need skilled technical personnel.

However, suitable candidates were scarce.

The Farmsum location amplified the challenge. The region is sparsely populated, technical profiles are scarce, and the work requires individuals who feel at home in a rugged industrial environment.

The Solution

We treated the vacancies not as isolated job descriptions, but as a campaign.

For both positions, we developed a sharp positioning, based on N+P's brand story and the reality of the work. Not generic recruitment language, but real people, real technology, and a clear promise: a new perspective.

We created video content and statics where employees themselves told the story. About the work, the atmosphere, the responsibility, and N+P's impact. This allowed us to reach technical candidates who weren't actively searching on job boards but were open to a better opportunity.

The campaign directed candidates to a dynamic landing page. There, they were not only informed but also encouraged to make contact. We then filtered applicants based on motivation, experience, commuting distance, and practical requirements, enabling N+P to interview candidates who were a genuine fit.
